QuestionAnswer & Pro-Tips
How should I clean the sensors?Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe the camera lens and fingerprint sensor weekly. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol which can damage the coating.
Where should I keep the emergency keys?NEVER keep the mechanical key inside the house. You may keep one in your car, one at your office, or one with a trusted neighbor for emergency.
Is the lock waterproof? Most Arpha devices are rated IP54 or IP65 (weather resistant). They can handle rain and dust, but should not be submerged or sprayed with high-pressure washers.
Battery Safety WarningUse only original Arpha batteries. Do not expose batteries to fire, microwaves, or extreme heat as this creates an explosion risk.
Firmware UpdatesCheck the App once a month for firmware updates. These updates often improve battery efficiency and recognition speed.
