QuestionPro-Tips
How do I know if the battery is low?At 20% battery level, the lock will play a voice prompt (“Low battery, please charge”) and display a red battery icon in the app.
We strongly recommend recharging the battery at the first low-battery alert to ensure uninterrupted operation and avoid emergency situations.

Method 2: Use the
Mechanical Key
Note: NEVER keep the mechanical key inside the house. You may keep one in your car, one at your office, or one with a trusted neighbor for emergency.

Method 1: Use the app to unlock Aku Inside (indoor unit).
Note: This function works via Bluetooth, so please make sure you are near the lock.

Method 2: Connect a power bank to the

How long does it take to charge? It varies from devices. In general, a full charge takes approximately 6 hours. The LED on the battery turns from Red to Green when finished.
Can I charge the lock through the front port? No. The front port is for emergency jump-starts only. To charge the lock, you must remove the battery and charge it using the internal charging port.
How long will one charge last?On average, 3-12 months depends on different models and usage conditions.
[Pro-Tip] Turning off "Pre-load Video" or reducing the "Motion Detection" sensitivity in the App can significantly extend battery life.
