Can I see who is ringing the doorbell?	Yes. The app will send you a notification when someone rings the doorbell, allowing you to see who is at the door.
Why am I not getting App notifications?	Ensure "Background App Refresh" and "Notifications" are enabled in your phone's system settings, and the App is not being "optimized" for battery saving.
Why can I connect to Alexa / Google Home successfully but fail to load Live View?	Please check the following: 1. Each Alexa / Google Home account can be linked to only one Arpha Plus account. 2. Make sure the device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
