Can I unlock the door from anywhere?	If your door lock is Wi-Fi supported, you could remotely unlock with Arpha Plus App from anywhere.
How do "One-Time Passwords" work?	You can generate a code in the App and send it via text. Once used by a guest or delivery person, the code immediately becomes invalid.
Can I see a log of who entered?	Yes. The App maintains a Real-time Log showing which user (Fingerprint, Code, or Face, Palm Vein, etc) unlocked the door and at what time.
Why am I not getting App notifications?	Ensure "Background App Refresh" and "Notifications" are enabled in your phone's system settings, and the App is not being "optimized" for battery saving.
