Long-press the Reset button for 7 seconds. (Depending on the model, you may need an ejection pin.) After the voice prompt, press the “Unlock” button within 4 seconds to confirm.
Note: The location of the reset button may vary by model. Please refer to the user manual for details.
• DF360: The reset button is located at the bottom of the indoor unit.
• Aku series: The reset button is located on the rear of Aku (the outdoor unit).
